About Dishy’s Designer
Hazel Milligan….

From a young age Hazel has been creating….. constructing, sewing & knitting for herself & family, then progressing on to create extraordinary costumes for performers, competitions & events.

Using everyday materials in unexpected ways has been a maxim for her throughout her creative life.

Hazel studied design for three years at Auckland’s Unitec – majoring in Furniture design. With Ross Milligan she produced many ranges of innovative clocks, their signature design was the “cartoon” clock. (Chair, clock & costume)

Hazel brings with her a desire to create beautiful design products that are retro-styled, nature
orientated, well made and practical….
